Yes, I know Christmas is over for lots of us, but that doesn’t mean giving has to be. I’m hoping to continue doing random acts of kindness and here’s another one that we actually did before Christmas but I’m just posting about it now.
I’ve heard about people paying for other people’s groceries and thought that was a cool idea. However, waiting for the cashier to ring up all the items to be able to pay for them while I have three kids waiting in a cart doesn’t sound like a very cool idea at all. So, I took a different approach to this idea, one that was manageable for us to carry out as a family with three young kids.
We decided to buy 5 Wal-Mart gift cards for $20 each and then handed them out to people waiting in the checkout lines.
