Before you dare throw an old t-shirt away in the trash, cut it up and make it into cleaning rags. I can’t remember the last time I had to buy cleaning rags. These work great and if they get really grimy it’s no big deal because you can just toss them in the garbage…because that’s what you were going to do anyway!

Another idea is to cut off a little piece to keep in your glasses or sunglasses case to remove fingerprints and smudges.
