SAVE SPACE. DECORATE.
I’m thrilled to say that for now, my craft area is complete and just the way I like it…well, there is one more thing I would like to add to it, but I can’t seem to find what I’m looking for yet so until I happen to cross paths with some small organizers to keep envelopes in and hang, my craft area is off my to-do list. It feels good!
Here’s some photos of my craft space and links to some of the projects we did to get it organized and looking good.
I chose to keep the shelves clutter free by hiding all my supplies in boxes. This makes for a nice clean look. All of the boxes I got at Hobby Lobby when they were half off.
A couple of projects are showcased in the picture below. The hanging jars under the cabinet were a simple addition and I love that everything they hold is easy to see and up and out of the way. The decoupaged pencil holder was such an easy transformation and much easier on the eyes than a clear plastic canister. The wicker basket I got at Hobby Lobby for half off and the wooden box I already had on hand. I almost forgot about the white striped pencil holder I painted to match the rest of the decor. Now they blend in seamlessly with everything else.
Another project I did to complete my craft space, was creating a magnetic board to organize my small crafting supplies in magnetic spice canisters.
Here’s the final space, all put together. Please forgive the boxes that aren’t exactly straight…they are now!
