Brady Recommends: Baker’s Edge Brownie Pan

There are several ways to define yourself in life.  One of those is wether you’re an edge person or a middle person. Me, I’m definitely an edge person.  I like to mix up the gooeyness with a bit of crunch.

It’s okay if you’re a middle person.  We’d probably get along better anyway because I wouldn’t have to fight you for the edge pieces!

Although, that’s not such a problem anymore since my hubby got me a Baker’s Edge Nonstick Edge Brownie Pan.  I know it’s supposed to be a bad thing for a husband to get their wife something practical, especially if it is a kitchen or cleaning item but I was thrilled!  It’s something I actually use and I thought it was thoughtful of him to remember I like the edge pieces.

The Baker’s Edge Nonstick Edge Brownie Pan works just like a regular pan.  You can use a standard box of brownie mix and because it has continuous chambers you can even out the batter just like you would in a regular pan.  It is nonstick and super durable and sturdy, so much so that I dare say it is a bit heavy for my weak little arms.  It also comes with a little black nylon spatula that’s great for serving up the perfect brownies to your guests and family.

I no longer have to worry about getting an edge piece before they’re all gone because every piece is an edge piece!  Now I simply have to be quick to make sure I get one of the two three-edged pieces!  Ha, aren’t you glad you’re not married to me because this is truly how I am…ask my family.

The Baker’s Edge Nonstick Edge Brownie Pan sells on and shipping is free on if your order is over $25.

My M&Ms sunk into the brownies so I had to put more on them after they came out.

Before I leave you today, a quick little side note, the Baker’s Edge Nonstick Edge Brownie Pan made Oprah’s favorite things list in 2010.  You may or may not be a fan of Oprah, but regardless, she does come up with a killer list of “favorite things” and I wasn’t surprised to see that the Baker’s Edge Nonstick Edge Brownie Pan made the list!

Are you an “edgy” person like myself or do you prefer to be “the inside man”?
