Make Your Own Baby Food: Vegetable Mash-Up

Hate the cost of baby food? So do I which is why I did a previous post on making your own baby food.  If you missed it, check out step by step instructions for making baby food here.  If you didn’t miss it, I just wanted to expand on it a bit and encourage you to mix it up a little!

There’s no reason you need to stick to one vegetable; feel free to get a little crazy and make some combinations of foods to keep it interesting for your little babe.  While you’re at it, add some seasoning too!  Who says baby food has to be bland?  Just make sure before you mix up the vegetables, your kiddo has already tried them on their own to rule out any allergic reactions.
